Typical bird farming night. Today we got Jim his 6th bird. Since he is cursed and we had to kill Sophy 16 extra times just for him. We just have 8 more demon lanner whistles to get and then we can get our phoenix mounts. We might end up leveling to 70 first before we finish since the xp pack is coming out in three weeks.  In addition  we are a bit  rusty on Zurvon and the fight takes about 9 minutes per round.

The combat system in FF14 is going through some major changes in the next expansion. It keeps getting better and better. They are streamlining rotations, getting rid of unused stuff and adding a interface for each class. My favorite class and main Summoner (@6min30sec into the vid) is finally getting a finisher that summons a huge bahamut for 20 seconds. Finally feels like I'm playing a actual summoner from the final fantasy series.

Soon we can fly to new heights together.
